1. Introduction
Welcome to B2BNC Training. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, training programs, and related services. By enrolling, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. User Responsibilities
You agree to use our platform only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Use our content for commercial purposes without permission
  • Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior

3. Customer Booking Policy

We want to make your booking process simple, reliable and transparent. Please read the following carefully before purchasing our services.

a. What Our Services Include

Our fees cover:

  • The official CITB test/CSCS card cost plus our administration and booking service.
  • End‑to‑end support: scheduling, reminders, customer assistance, and handling documentation.
  • Convenience of having us manage the process for you.

b. CITB Test Booking

  • CITB test booking confirmation will be sent on the agreed email id within 2 hours if order placed during working hours on Monday to Friday (8AM -5PM). If order placed outside office hours, confirmation will be sent on the next working day.
  • Test dates are subject to availability at official CITB test centres.
  • Customers must bring valid ID as per CITB requirements.
  • We do not guarantee slots, however our team will make every effort to provide you the agreed slot.
  • CITB Test can be rescheduled provided at least 4 working days prior notice is given. If the notice is less than 4 working days no rescheduling is possible and the amount is not refundable.
  • If you want to cancel your CITB test providing at least 4 working hours notice, you will be eligible for partial refund as per our refund policy.

c. CSCS Card Submission

  • Submission is processed once the customer has completed the required training/test and has provided relevant documents.
  • Processing times depend on CSCS issuing authorities. It normally takes 7-10 working days, however may be delayed if additional verifications required by the awarding bodies.
  • Customers must provide accurate personal details; errors may delay card issuance.
  • Once submitted, CSCS or partner scheme Card applications cannot be cancelled or refunded.

d. Classroom/Remote Course Booking

  • Courses are scheduled for specific dates and times.
  • Provisional Booking Confirmation will be sent within 24-48 hours from the date of booking the course.
  • Final confirmation is sent 2–3 working days prior to the Classroom course date and 24-48 hours prior to the Remote Course date.
  • Remote courses require stable internet access and a suitable device. You should have Windows computer or laptop with working webcam, microphone and speaker.
  • You must have a valid photo Id to attend either mode of training.

e. NVQ Booking

  • NVQ assessments are scheduled in consultation with the customer.
  • Customers must provide accurate employment and worksite details for assessment.
  • Completion timelines vary depending on evidence submission and assessor availability.
  • Once registered with the awarding body, no refunds will be given.
  • If cancelled before registration, you are eligible for a refund minus a £225 non-refundable fee.

f. eLearning Courses

  • Once we have sent registration link to your email 50% of the course fee will be deducted as an administrative fee in case if you decide not to proceed with the course for any reason or looking for refund.
  • If you have not used the link for registration, you would have the option to replace someone on to your course provided he/she meets the requirements.
  • Once you have registered using the registration link or you have started the module, no refund will be processed.
  • It is your responsibility to arrange/ meet the technical requirements of the eLearning course as it will be clearly mentioned to you over the call or email. Some courses may require working webcam, microphone and speaker along with Windows Computer or Laptop and stable internet connection.

4. Payments & Refund Policy
All payments must be made securely through our approved gateways. Refunds are processed as per our refund policy:

  • Processing fees may apply to refunded transactions.
  • Refund may take 5-10 working days to get processed as per our gateway policy.

5. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal data you provide will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, graphics, videos, and documentation are the intellectual property of B2BNC Training or the Training provider that we work with. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell our content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
B2BNC Training shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the course.

8. Independent Service

We are an independent booking service, not the official CITB/CSCS provider. All bookings are made through accredited centres.

9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Any pending obligations (e.g., unpaid fees) will remain enforceable.

10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of UK. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts.
