16+ years old
Prior to attending a CISRS COTS course , the delegate(s) must have successfully passed a CITB Health, Safety & Environment test within two years of the course date, or hold a CISRS recognised exemption.

Assessments are available between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM, subject to availability. We recommend scheduling during office hours for technical support.
After passing the Level 1 Award and CITB Health, Safety & Environment Test, you can get your card in 7 working days.
Yes, you must pass the CITB touchscreen test in addition to this course to apply for the CSCS Green Card.
The online course takes 4 hours (self-paced) plus a 1-hour invigilated assessment. Results and certificates are provided in 2-3 days, often same-day.
