The centre has a limited number of seats for candidates only. Relatives and friends cannot wait in the centre.
Candidates requiring wheelchair access should be aware the entrance is via a ramped entrance on Water St. via Oriel Close passageway.

  • Strict 15-Minute Rule: You must arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete check-in procedures. Late arrivals will be turned away without a refund.

  • Locker Facilities: Small secure lockers are provided on-site for personal items. All personal belongings—including mobile phones, watches, bags, and revisions materials—must be stored away prior to entering the computer test room.
