The Test Centre is situated at the junction of Leopold St and Fargate in the centre of Sheffield. The building entrance is on Leopold St, opposite the Yorkshire Building Society and the building name is on the wall directly above the entrance.
For additional assistance – There are automatic glass entrance doors located near to a large bus shelter.

The High Street is the nearest bus stop – the nearest car park is located at Q Park Charles Street multi-storey, S1 2NA.

Disabled access via main office door, buzzer entry system , flat level access from footpath. Lift access to 3rd floor

Please be advised the Local Council are carrying out roadworks in close proximity to the Test Centre.

Arrival & Security Protocol

• Strict 15-Minute Rule: You must arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete check-in procedures. Late arrivals will be turned away without a refund.

• No Visitor Access: The Sheffield test center strictly prohibits non-candidates (family, colleagues, or children) from entering or waiting inside the facility.

• Locker Facilities: Small secure lockers are provided on-site for personal items. All personal belongings—including mobile phones, watches, bags, and revisions materials—must be stored away prior to entering the computer test room.

• Accepted Photo Identification: You cannot take your test without bringing a valid, original physical photo ID. Acceptable forms of ID include a valid UK Passport or Photocard Driving Licence. Digital copies, photos on phones, or expired IDs are strictly rejected.
