From London Bridge station turn right into Tooley Street – walk down Tooley Street. At the fourth turning turn right into Shand Street, Continue down Shand Street and Holyrod Street is the second turning on the right (just before the railway bridge)
We have no space for visitors to wait in the PPC and CCTV in recording at all times

CITB Test comes with a validity of 2 years. You must apply for your relevant CSCS Card within this 2-year window.
Immediately after you complete your 45-minute computer test, your test timer ends and you leave the computer room. The reception desk prints your official CITB Health, Safety & Environment score report on the spot before you leave. If you pass, this printed sheet contains the test ID required to order your CSCS card.
Yes, revision is strongly recommended. Over 80% of candidates who fail the test do so because they did not prepare using official revision materials.
Under CITB rules, if you do not pass, you must wait at least 48 hours before taking a re-sit. You can book your re-sit appointment immediately, but the system will only allow you to schedule a date at least 2 full days after your failed attempt
If you do not have the above primary photo ID, you can carry secondary Id's one from List A and one from List B updated on CITB official website. If you do not have secondary photo Id's still you would be able to attend the test with a completely filled Waiver Form.
Pearson VUE maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for late arrivals. If train or tube disruptions delay you beyond your scheduled start time, the automated system locks the exam session, and you will be marked as a no-show without a refund. Candidates taking national rail or tube lines into London Bridge are strongly advised to aim to arrive in the area 30 minutes early.
