The Test Centre is on the second floor of a 5 storey building. The building exterior is White / Grey with 9LPS above the front door. It is on a commercial street overlooking the Magistrate’s Court, a short walk from Coventry Train station. By Bus – LP1 is right outside the building and buses 11, Platinum 24, 25a, 12, 25 and 30 stop here. By Car – Off juction 5 on the ring road, entering New Union Street and right to Little Park Street. Salt Lane multi storey, CV1 2GY, is the nearest car park plus there is some metered parking on the street.

Arrival & Security Protocol

• Strict 15-Minute Rule: You must arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete check-in procedures. Late arrivals will be turned away without a refund.

• No Visitor Access: The Coventry test centre strictly prohibits non-candidates (family, colleagues, or children) from entering or waiting inside the facility.

• Locker Facilities: Small secure lockers are provided on-site for personal items. All personal belongings—including mobile phones, watches, bags, and revisions materials—must be stored away prior to entering the computer test room.

• Accepted Photo Identification: You cannot take your test without bringing a valid, original physical photo ID. Acceptable forms of ID include a valid UK Passport or Photocard Driving Licence. Digital copies, photos on phones, or expired IDs are strictly rejected.
