By car, exit A461 Southern bypass at Flood Street Island toward the Town Centre & take the first left onto New Mill Street. Turn left at the traffic lights onto King Street, Trafalgar House is 75 metres on the left. From the Bus Station, walk west along King St (towards Stourbridge & Merry Hill) for about 500 metres, Trafalgar House is on the left. The Test Centre is on the Lower Ground Floor.

Arrival & Security Protocol

• Strict 15-Minute Rule: You must arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete check-in procedures. Late arrivals will be turned away without a refund.

• No Visitor Access: The Dudley test center strictly prohibits non-candidates (family, colleagues, or children) from entering or waiting inside the facility. There are no waiting facilities for people accompanying candidates.

• Locker Facilities: Small secure lockers are provided on-site for personal items. All personal belongings—including mobile phones, watches, bags, and revisions materials—must be stored away prior to entering the computer test room.

• Accepted Photo Identification: You cannot take your test without bringing a valid, original physical photo ID. Acceptable forms of ID include a valid UK Passport or Photocard Driving Licence. Digital copies, photos on phones, or expired IDs are strictly rejected.
